This transtex® two-layer technology uses merino wool on the outside, for excellent thermal insulation and high moisture absorption. The fibres can absorb up to 30% of their own weight in moisture on the inside without feeling damp.
At the same time, merino wool is extremely light, breathable and naturally odourless. The inner layer consists of the dense high-tech fibre polypropylene. In an innovative knitting process, the terry loops are twisted outwards.
The result: the surface colours shine more brilliantly, smoother inside, significantly reduced pilling effect. The resulting air entrapment increases the thermal insulation.
