Customers from Austria:
Customers from Austria can post the parcel free of charge at the post office using the return label we enclose. Please fill out the returns delivery note enclosed in the parcel, indicating the reason for return, order number and, in case of payment in advance or immediate transfer, indicating the IBAN and BIC, and put it in the parcel. Please seal the package properly and attach the return label. You post the package ready for dispatch at your postal partner. Please keep the deposit receipt. Löffler will bear the costs for the return shipment of the first return.
Customers from Germany:
Customers from Germany can generate the DHL parcel label for free return by entering your sender data and the order number here and then print the parcel label.
Please fill out the returns delivery note enclosed in the parcel, stating the reason for return, order number and, in case of payment in advance or immediate bank transfer, stating the IBAN and BIC, and place it in the parcel. Please seal the package properly and attach the self-generated return label. You post the package ready for dispatch at your DHL partner. Please keep the deposit receipt. Löffler will bear the costs for the return shipment of the first return.
Customers from Switzerland:
Please fill out the return delivery bill enclosed in the package, stating the reason for return, order number and if paying in advance, stating the IBAN and BIC and place it in the package. Please close the package properly and label it with a return label. The costs of the return are to be borne by you. Send the package ready for shipment to:

Returns are usually processed as quckly as possible. The processing of returns from Switzerland may take longer due to customs clearance. The processing time can unfortunately be 2-4 weeks.
We retain the amount of 15 CHF for the return customs clearance. This will be automatically deducted from your credit note. Please keep the receipt.
Customers from the other EU countries:

If you would like to exchange an article in a different size or colour, please reorder the desired size or colour directly in the Löffler Online Shop and return the unsuitable article to us. This will enable us to send you the matching article as quickly as possible.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF THE CONSUMER AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal of the consumer:
– Consumers have the right to withdraw from purchase agreements.The withdrawal period is fourteen calendar days.
– in the case of contracts for the sale of goods, from the day on which the consumer has acquired possession of the goods or
– in the case of multiple orders or partial delivery, the day on which the consumer has acquired possession of the last product/item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an unequivocal declaration of withdrawal to Löffler to the following email address onlineshop@loeffler.at or send it by fax or post or inform Löffler verbally (by telephone), stating your name, your address and – if you have one – your telephone number. You may make use of the standard form which is provided on loeffler.at (withdrawal form). For the purposes of meeting the deadline, it is sufficient if you send off the declaration of withdrawal prior to the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
The deadline for communicating your withdrawal is deemed to have been met if the goods are dispatched within the withdrawal period.
You shall bear or reimburse to us the costs incurred in connection with returning the goods. This is understood to mean the transport costs and applies even if delivery to you was made by us free of charge. You shall compensate us for a reduction in the market value of the goods if this diminished value is attributable to the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We shall reimburse to you any payments already received at the same time as the performance required from you (return of the goods received, appropriate payment for use, compensation for the reduction in market value), whereby we are entitled to offset any performance owed by you against payments already received. To effect repayment, we will use the same means of payment used by you to complete the original transaction unless expressly otherwise agreed with you; on no account will you be charged a fee by us for this repayment. We may refuse to reimburse payments made until such time as the goods are once again in our possession or until you have furnished proof that you have sent the goods back to us, whichever is the earlier.
There is, in particular, no right of withdrawal in the case of orders placed for goods which have been manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or which have been tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
